Subscription and Billing
Revonora operates on a straightforward monthly subscription model at $85 per month, granting full access to all features and services. When you subscribe, billing begins immediately, and your payment covers access for the full billing period ahead.
Payments are processed securely through our approved payment providers. By subscribing, you authorize Revonora to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis each month unless you cancel prior to renewal.
All invoices and payment confirmations are sent automatically to the email address associated with your account. It is your responsibility to ensure that your billing information and payment method remain current and valid.
If a payment attempt fails, we will notify you and may retry the transaction. If we cannot process payment after multiple attempts, your account may be temporarily suspended until payment is received.
Revonora does not apply hidden fees or additional charges beyond the stated subscription price. Any pricing updates or changes to billing cycles will be communicated to you in advance before taking effect.
Refund Eligibility
Revonora strives to ensure that every user is fully satisfied with their experience. However, because our service provides immediate access to digital tools and data integrations, refunds are generally not offered once a subscription period begins.
Refunds may be granted at Revonora’s sole discretion under the following circumstances:

Duplicate payments caused by a billing error or system malfunction.

Technical issues that prevent you from accessing the platform and cannot be resolved by our support team within a reasonable timeframe.

Accidental renewals if you contact us within five (5) business days of the renewal date.
To request a refund, you must contact our support team at info@revonora.com with details about your issue, including your account email and the date of the transaction. We will review your request promptly and respond within 7 business days.
Refunds, when approved, are issued back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Revonora does not issue refunds for:

Change of mind or unused time on an active subscription.

Service interruptions caused by external factors such as internet or third-party platform outages.

Accounts terminated due to violations of our Terms & Conditions.
We encourage new users to take advantage of our free trial before subscribing to ensure that Revonora meets their business needs.
Cancellations and Support
You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your account dashboard. Once cancelled, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund for the remaining days in your billing cycle, as full access to all platform features remains available until the paid period ends.
If you experience issues with your account, setup, or billing, our support team is available to assist you. We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback or dispute, as most issues can be resolved quickly and efficiently.
Revonora reserves the right to update this Refund Policy as needed to reflect changes in law, payment processing requirements, or business practices. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
